Presence-Based Church: Seeking the Face of God-
As Christians our primary purpose is to know the Lord and Worship Him. When all of the struggles of this age are past, we will worship and fellowship with the Lord for all eternity. Most of the church focuses on doing things for Christ, instead of learning how to be the Bride of Christ. If we would focus on knowing the Lord and dwelling in His presence, then we would be empowered to do the things that many Christians put first, preaching, teaching, evangelizing and serving. These things are important, but they come second to our relationship with Christ, and can be done so much more effectively if we have our spiritual batteries charged. We are big fans of Presence-based Church, where significant focus and time is spent in worship and prayer, seeking the face of God. In the early church, some of the most world-changing events came about as leaders and churches were actively seeking the presence of God.
