Being a Compassionate Extension of the Hand of God
Jesus makes it clear in Matthew 25 that He considers the things we do for the widows, orphans and others who are in need as acts of worship, as if we had done them for Jesus Himself, and that He expects these acts of mercy from his followers. Ministering in eastern Africa last year, we found the people incredibly open to the Gospel. There are a number of anointed ministers serving these people who desperately need someone to partner with them with training and resources. Part of our ministry is to support and build into these ministries, and to develop outreach programs that can be duplicated by churches of any size.
